How this portfolio handles data

This policy explains what information is processed when you visit syedamerzaidi.com or send a message through its contact form. This portfolio does not sell personal information.

The site uses PostHog, Vercel Analytics, and Speed Insights—and can use Google Analytics 4 when configured—to understand aggregate site usage, navigation and button interactions, errors, and performance. Analytics events may include an anonymous visitor identifier, page path, interface label, page section, destination category, and technical browser or device information. The contact form is excluded from automatic capture, and no contact-form contents or email addresses are included in custom analytics events.

If you use the contact form, your email address and message are sent through Resend to syedamer.dev@gmail.com. They are used only to read and respond to your inquiry and are retained only as long as reasonably needed for that correspondence and related records.

You can use browser privacy controls or content blockers to limit analytics requests. To ask about, access, correct, or delete information connected to a message you sent, email syedamer.dev@gmail.com.
